BEACH VENDOR INFORMATION

Friday, April 18, 2025: Set-Up Day • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Vendor and Stage Set-Up o All vendors, sponsors, and performers set up inside the gated area and beach spaces. o Festival staff and volunteers finalize logistics, app integration, and security measures. o No public access to festival areas on this day. Saturday, April 19, 2025: Main Event Day • 11:00 AM: Gates Open o Attendees enter through security checkpoints with wristbands. o Vendors and sponsor booths are fully operational. o Treasure Hunt begins through the Eventzee app (points earnable from local businesses, vendors, and interactive zones). • 11:00 AM – Sunset: Beach Activities o Morning Yoga Session (STARTS AT 11AM) o Beach Games (volleyball, tug-of-war, and other team events) o Small Stage Performances (DJ sets, acoustic sets, or intimate performances) • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Fashion Show o Orange-themed runway show featuring registered models and designers. • 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Dance Competition o Top dance teams and individuals compete for prizes and festival recognition. • 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Main Stage Performances o Live music performances by featured artists. o DJ Battle to close out the evening's energy. • 8:00 PM: Gates Locked o No re-entry permitted after this time. • Sunset: Beach Activities End Sunday, April 20, 2025: Closing Day • 11:00 AM: Gates Open o Vendors, sponsors, and food trucks operational for the final day. o Treasure Hunt continues with last-day opportunities to earn points. • 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Community Brunch & Networking o Open space for sponsors, vendors, and festival-goers to mingle. o Live acoustic music and casual activities. • 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Male Auction Fundraiser o Bid for an exciting experience while supporting the festival’s cause. • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Final Performances & Treasure Hunt Awards o Announce Treasure Hunt winner and present grand prize. o Closing performances by surprise guests. • 7:00 PM: Gates Close o Festival concludes for 2025.
